What you learn well now shapes what becomes possible later
Many young players train — but don't always truly develop. In this phase, the difference between 'being active' and 'developing with intent' is crucial. Learning it right is easier than fixing it later.
Tennis is the tool. Development is the goal.
This is the phase where the difference becomes visible between playing and real development.
See below how this programme is structured in practice.
From tennis lessons to a complete 359.tennis programme
To make real progress during the junior years, it's important to train regularly and with variety. That's why we recommend a combination of training forms that reinforce each other.
Group tennis lessons
In group lessons, juniors develop their technique, footwork, timing and basic game patterns. In small groups they learn to build rallies, refine strokes and recognise tactical choices. Through varied drills, game forms and match situations they build confidence and grow step by step to a higher level.
Private lessons
For players who want to develop faster or have specific areas to work on, private lessons offer valuable depth. The coach can focus entirely on the individual player and respond directly to technical details, posture, coordination, mental focus and personal goals.
FIT training
Physical training is essential for young tennis players. During FIT sessions, players work on strength, stability, speed, mobility and endurance — all elements needed to move smoothly and quickly on court with controlled progression.
Match training
Match-focused training helps juniors play more tactically and deal better with tension, concentration and pressure. They learn point construction, match strategies, reading opponents and applying techniques in real situations.
Tournament & competition participation
Nothing stimulates development as strongly as real match experience. Competitions and tournaments give players the chance to apply their skills, take on new challenges and build self-confidence.
Together, these elements create a complete, dynamic and effective programme that helps juniors grow structurally as tennis players and as people. Our coaches are happy to help you put together a programme that fits your age, level, motivation and personal goals.
