Office Manager / PA — 359.tennis

Become the right hand who brings structure, calm and follow-up to 359.tennis.
359.tennis is growing into a more professional organisation. We are looking for a reliable Office Manager / PA to support Roland with planning, administration, customer communication, invoices, lists and follow-up. Roland remains operationally responsible.
What you'll do
- Planning & overview — Lesson planning, schedules, appointments, reminders and practical organisation.
- Administration — Keep lists, data, attendance, documents and follow-up points structured.
- Invoices & payments — Help check, follow up and organise invoice and payment questions.
- Customer communication — Prepare emails to parents, players and customers and monitor follow-up.
- Follow-up — Track open actions, reminders, forms and customer questions.
- Structure building — Help create simple checklists, templates and working rhythms.
