    School partner
    AMITY International School Amsterdam

    AMITY International School of Amsterdam

AMITY International School of Amsterdam is our first international school partner. Together we are building a tennis programme for their students, with weekly training sessions and participation in school competitions.

The partnership was launched during KIDSDAY at the Dutch National Tennis Championships on 10 December 2025, supported by the KNLTB, the municipality of Amstelveen, Sport Amstelveen, TV De Kegel and NTC Amstelveen.

    Programmes

    What schools ask us for

Four forms of collaboration — separately or combined, aligned with the school calendar.

    After-school programme (CCA)

Weekly racket sport sessions after school hours at NTC Amstelveen. Indoor courts keep the programme running throughout the school year. All levels, no experience required.

Introduction day at school or at the NTC

A sport or tennis introduction for whole classes or year groups. We bring the equipment and the coaches; students do not need their own racket.

    Holiday programmes

During school holidays we run training weeks and training days at the NTC — active, social and fully deliverable in English.

    School groups & bespoke requests

Tournaments, school teams, sports days or a programme for parents and staff. We tailor it to the school calendar and the size of the group.

    Fit · Fun · Focus

    What students experience

Every session combines movement, enjoyment and learning — recognisable for students and for the school.

    Fit

    Students move intensively

Coordination, balance and conditioning in short, active drills. Little waiting, plenty of repetition — matched to the energy of a school group.

    Fun

    Everyone takes part

Games at the right level, rotating teams, and no selection or knockout rounds. Beginners and advanced players train in the same session with their own tasks.

    Focus

    Learning, cooperating and persevering

Students learn to make choices, handle winning and losing, and coach each other. Sport is the vehicle; the student's development is the goal.

    In four steps

    How the partnership works

From first conversation to evaluation — with one dedicated point of contact at 359.

    1

    Intake

Introductory meeting with the school: target group, year groups, goals, numbers and requirements from CCA coordination or the parent committee.

    2

    Programme proposal

We propose a programme: content, group structure, coaching staff, equipment and venue (school or NTC).

    3

    Planning

Dates, times and logistics are locked into the school calendar. Sign-up and communication are agreed together.

    4

    Delivery & evaluation

Coaches run the sessions; afterwards we review participation, experiences and improvements for the next block.

    Experience with international school communities

Our coaches deliver sessions in English and work with students from a wide range of countries, levels and sporting backgrounds.

Facilities that work all year round

12 indoor courts and 14 outdoor courts at NTC Amstelveen. Rain does not mean a cancelled programme — it means training indoors.

The school is taken care of

We handle planning, coaches, equipment and the communication around the sessions, in coordination with the school's contact person.

    Development comes first

Structure, safety and enjoyment before performance. No selection, no competitive pressure — but a clear build-up per block.

    NTC Amstelveen or on campus
