This is not an open enrolment
Who we are looking for: the development coach
At 359, development coach is not a job title but an attitude. You love developing people — players of all ages and levels, and yourself.
What does it mean to become a 359 Coach?
For coaches who want to mean more
Many coaches teach players a forehand or a backhand. The 359 Coach System goes further.
Here you learn not only to teach better, but to see better: who is standing in front of you? What does this person need? What drives them? Which balance of Fit, Fun and Focus™ actually helps? That makes you a better coach — and more valuable to players, parents, clubs and organisations.

Frequently asked questions
What is a development coach at 359?
A development coach focuses on the development of the player — at every level and age — and on their own development as a coach. Technique is a means; progress is the goal.
Do I need a KNLTB licence for the 359 Coach Education?
A KNLTB, ITF or PTR licence is a strong advantage but not an absolute requirement. Experience, mindset and motivation weigh just as heavily in the selection.
What does the 359 Coach Education cost and when does it start?
The first group is being formed now. Coaches who pass the selection personally receive the start date, structure and conditions.
Is everyone admitted?
No. We select on experience, background and motivation. Coaches who do not fit right away are kept informed about a next group.
