    We don't hire quickly. We choose carefully. Every candidate goes through a structured evaluation.

    We review your profile, coaching background and motivation. Not every application moves forward.

    We evaluate your experience, philosophy and fit with the work environment.

    Introductory conversation

    A focused conversation about your background, ambitions and what you're looking for.

    Trial session at the NTC

    A practical assessment on court. Here we look at your coaching skills in action.

    Final alignment and decision

    A closing conversation to confirm expectations, role and growth path. Both sides must feel the fit is right.
