359.tennis employs certified, English-speaking tennis coaches at NTC Amstelveen. All coaches are trained via the 359.coach certification programme and apply the 359 Development System.

We don't hire quickly. We choose carefully. Every candidate goes through a structured evaluation.

We review your profile, coaching background and motivation. Not every application moves forward.
Coaching profile assessment
We evaluate your experience, philosophy and fit with the work environment.
Introductory conversation
A focused conversation about your background, ambitions and what you're looking for.
Trial session at the NTC
A practical assessment on court. Here we look at your coaching skills in action.
Final alignment and decision
A closing conversation to confirm expectations, role and growth path. Both sides must feel the fit is right.
