Use the holiday to make visible progress in your tennis.
Five days in a row, two hours of training at your own level. More rhythm, more repetition and more focused coaching than in a normal lesson week.
359.tennis organises intensive training weeks during summer holidays at NTC Amstelveen, near Amsterdam. Daily 2-hour sessions for juniors (orange, green) and adults, focusing on technique, tactics, and mental development.
What a training day looks like

A training week is training, not a camp programme
Five days in a row, two hours on court with the same coach and the same group. That is what lets you finish a theme: build a stroke on Monday, lock it in during the week and use it in match play on Friday. A maximum of 16 players train per session, grouped by level. You can book a full week or single days.
Who is it for?
Four fixed groups with their own training times. Pick your level to register directly.
Orange
11:00 – 13:00
Players on the orange court. Lots of repetition of rallying, serving and playing points.
Suits players who are starting to play their first matches.
Green
11:00 – 13:00 or 14:00 – 16:00
Players at green level. Work on tactics, consistent strokes and using the full court.
Suits players who want to become more consistent in the rally.
Yellow
14:00 – 16:00
Players on the yellow (full) ball. Refining technique, making tactical choices and playing match formats.
Suits juniors who play competition or want to start.
Adults
19:00 – 21:00
Adult players at level 9, 8, 7 and 6. Intensive evening training with technique, tactics and match play.
Suits adults who want to keep training through the holidays.
What you do every day
Every session has one theme and is built from these elements.
Technique
One theme per day, with plenty of repetition of the same stroke so the movement sticks.
Tactics
Where you play the ball and why. Making choices in the rally and recognising patterns.
Movement and fitness
Footwork, balance and speed on court — part of the training, not a separate fitness class.
Focus
Holding attention through long blocks, dealing with mistakes and staying focused after a lost point.
Match play
Points every day in varied game formats, so what you learn is tested straight away.
Full week or single day
Both options go through the same registration form.
