View CoursesWhy Choose Private Tennis Lessons at 359.tennis?
We believe in progress. Not perfection.
That is why we are 359, not 360 degrees: perfection is never the goal. There is always room for improvement, growth and progress. For us, tennis is not just a sport, but a powerful way to develop people — physically, socially and mentally.
Whether you come to stay fit, for the enjoyment and the people, or to truly grow your game — every session at 359 is built around three pillars: Fit, Fun and Focus. Recreational or ambitious, you set the goal — we build the route. Fit · Fun · Focus. Part of the 359 Method, structured around Fit, Fun and Focus. makes that growth visible and structured.
Progress. Not Perfection.
Vision
Tennis is an ideal sport for personal development. Every rally, challenge and session creates room for growth — as a player and as a person.
Mission
We build that growth through a holistic approach: balance between Body, Heart & Mind. In practice, we do this through Fit · Fun · Focus™.
Ambition
From tennis lessons to visible progress. Not just learning to play better, but growing in energy, enjoyment, focus and confidence.
The three pillars
Every session at 359.tennis is built according to the 359 Method. We develop not only tennis skills, but also the person behind the player. Our coaches work with the same development language, so every lesson contributes to progress.
Fit (Body)
Physical development, motor skills, coordination and energy. A strong and energetic body is the foundation for moving more freely, playing better and enjoying the game more.
Fun (Heart)
Enjoyment, motivation, connection and teamwork. Sport only truly works when people feel safe, enjoy themselves and want to keep coming back.
Focus (Mind)
Attention, concentration, decision-making, analysis and reflection. Mental skills that help you on court — and beyond.
Talent Development & KNLTB Entry Program
359.tennis is a leading developer of young tennis talent. Each year, we coach multiple children who rank among the best youth players in the Netherlands.
We also manage the KNLTB entry program and work closely with the Dutch tennis federation. Children with more ambition can take additional training hours, receive physical coaching, and participate in tournaments and Tennis Kids competition matches.

Top talents can audition and advance to our academy and KNLTB entry programs.
