359 Tennis
Make progress visible, so players know what is actually improving.
The 359 Progress System helps players, parents and coaches recognise development in technique, behaviour, focus, confidence and training attitude.
Progress. Not Perfection.
The Progress System is part of The 359 Method. It is used to monitor and guide player development.
The 359.tennis Progress System is a rewards and progress system that motivates students and makes development visible. Based on the Fit-Fun-Focus pillars of the 359 Development System.
What is the Progress System?
The 359 Progress System is the system through which we make every player's development visible, track it and guide it.
Where the Development System defines how players develop, the Progress System defines how we make that development visible.
The framework combines two core elements: a rewards system that values behaviour and effort, and a monitoring and evaluation structure that makes growth measurable over time.
Why monitor progress?
Development is not always visible. Players grow at their own pace, and progress often manifests in attitude, effort and behaviour — not just in scores or results.
The Progress System makes that invisible growth visible. Coaches can better differentiate, parents understand their child's development, and players experience recognition for what they can control themselves.

How coaches use progress data
Coaches use progress data not as an assessment tool, but as a guidance tool. It provides insight into patterns, strengths and growth opportunities for each player.
Based on monitoring and evaluation, coaches adjust their approach — not the player's level, but the way of guiding them.

Together these components ensure that development is visible, guided and sustainable.
