359.tennis is growing into a more professional organisation where lessons, planning, parent communication, administration and coach support need to work together more smoothly.
We are looking for a reliable Office Manager / PA to support Roland in the daily organisation.
You help with planning, administration, customer communication, invoices, lists, follow-up and overview. You do not take over the tennis operation. Roland remains operationally and strategically responsible.
Your strength is structure, accuracy and follow-up. You make sure practical tasks do not get stuck and help the organisation run more calmly and professionally.
What you will do
- Planning & overview — Support lesson planning, schedules, appointments, reminders and practical organisation.
- Administration — Keep lists, data, attendance, documents and follow-up points structured.
- Invoices & payments — Help check, follow up and organise invoice and payment questions.
- Customer communication — Prepare emails to parents, players and customers and monitor follow-up.
- Group information — Support communication around group placement, changes and practical questions.
- Follow-up — Track open actions, reminders, forms and customer questions.
- Coach organisation — Help prepare practical coach meetings, documents and planning.
- Structure building — Help create simple checklists, templates and working rhythms.
Who you are
Preferred: experience as a PA, office manager, administrative assistant, planner or customer support professional. Experience in sport, education, hospitality or premium service. Affinity with tennis or youth development is helpful but not required.

- • Not a role where you take over operations from Roland
